Upgrades in 2023

2023 was the year I wanted Storm Chaser to be the boat that was tailored to me.

First on the list was a new engine and a new suit of sails - not that there was too much wrong with the old sails, but I wanted a more racing type of sail - so GP Sails from Warsash provided a great set of custom made black laminate sails. The existing engine was underpowered and had limited controls, so a new Suzuki 5hp 4-stroke engine from Marine Matters was purchased.

Here is a list of changes I made to her in 2023:

• Crewsaver Life Jackets x 2

• Stern name graphics

• Halyard bags x 2

• Tiller extension

• Outboard lock

• Fender clips x 4

• 4 x mooring lines

• Water hose replaced

• Water tank replaced
